The nearness and access to the wonderful beach is fantastic. The hotel location in the Golden Zone is excellent for other city activities

The location was very central, good right on a great swimming beach with palapas. Besides, it was just off the attached nightclub as well as the top rated restaurants in the Golden Zone.

The staff - some of them were a bit rude.

I liked that the hotel was so close to the Malecon. I was able to take my morning walks there, and it was beautiful.

The noise from Joe's Oyster Bar late at night.

I really enjoyed my stay since the beach is just a few steps away and there are fantastic restaurants like Agatha Kitchen Bar right around the corner. Just keep in mind that noise from nearby bars can be disruptive at night.

It was just a well-suited match for a quick layover in Mazatlan with great value. The poolside service was really good . Bring earplugs if you're sensitive to noise at night.

Couple getaway was nice

The room was spacious and came with two bathrooms, a huge plus! The pool area was very nice, we loved the buy one get one free drinks deal that lasted all afternoon!

It wasn't cheap but still fairly reasonable for what we got.

The location provided easy access to many attractions, though I was impressed by the spaciousness of the suite with a kitchenette that was handy. The beach was nice, with activities within walking distance.

The pool area felt a bit cramped.

We had a wonderful time at the resort, especially enjoying the spacious two-bedroom suite with a lovely ocean view and the impressive cocktails at the restaurant. The beach access and swimming pool were perfect spots for relaxation after a day of exploring. Just a heads-up, it can get a little noisy at times, but it didn't take away from our overall experience! 🌊
